hey guys want to start my 1st aeroponic

looking into starting my 1st aeroponic grow after researching it from many of the guys that have used it here and found that this would be the best for me. Want to know though, still confused on it: do i have to germinate the seeds 1st in something and have them grow to a certain size or can i germinate them and add them to lay pebbles? do i have to use clay pebbles and say rock wool together or can i only use the one? i do not have access to clones so i'm looking to start this hydro from the beginning. I had grow in soil before with good results but i want something new and a little better

Any help would be nice, got a lot of info from MOBAY AND POSTMAN in the past

You can germ in rockwool or jiffy 7 pellets. If rockwool you get them going till roots come out the rockwool and put in netpot with hydrotron clay rocks. If you go jiffy's , start them good and cut the side of the pellet and wash off dirrt so it's not in your system. Then place in rocks. You can judge how deep to put them in the netpots.
Sounds like you been doing your home work. Keep reading and asking. Don't forget your metters PH and TDS. Calmag plus and good nutrients.

thanks bro, how much faster would you say the growth rate is compared to soil. I saw plants that were almost 2ft tall after one week after they saw the 2nd node. If you happen to have eny websites that would be greta too

I saw double the rate of growth at least. Most strains only flower 7 to 9 weeks. It's the bomb and well worth it. Check out sponsers here and google search general hydrponics for nutes. There are many good sites to order from just depends on where your at.
