If you happen to have a nice sized peice of cardboard, put the weed in the middle and shake it a coupla times, the seeds go to the sides makin it easier to pick out. Either that or just dont be lazy and break the buds up and pick the seeds out.

The problem is that the weed I'm smoking right now is just regs and has seeds in it. Sometimes I just smoke them and am like fuck it. Rolling joints mostly so I don't care if it pops.
