Sorting seeds out of ground weed

Hey,

I've got a 4 piece grinder that works great. The problem is that the weed I'm smoking right now is just regs and has seeds in it. Sometimes I just smoke them and am like fuck it. Rolling joints mostly so I don't care if it pops. Anyways is there any good techniques for getting them out?

And do seeds really make you sterile? Permanently or temp? I've heard that about green M&M's so just thought it might be something used to scare ppl away from pot.

I'd think the green m&m and smoking seeds making you sterile is just something somebody made up.

Break the bud into smaller pieces, take out the seeds, and big stems, and just grind that.

Run it through that big wire mesh sifter everyone has in their kitchen! The seeds and stems stay in the sifter, finely flaked pot falls through. - Granny:hippy:

If you happen to have a nice sized peice of cardboard, put the weed in the middle and shake it a coupla times, the seeds go to the sides makin it easier to pick out. Either that or just dont be lazy and break the buds up and pick the seeds out.
