im sure there are illegal forums out there that probably condone this kind of thing but it would be kept secret or something it wouldnt be as obvious as cannabis.com LOL.

Erm, I dont know about now but they're the vbulletin rules that you're thinking about.. i think.

I dont think theres anyway to make you read the actual forum rules because its in a thread, but even if there was most people just dont bother reading and click accept.

Should add something in the middle like "By clicking accept you agree to pay the sum of 2 million dollars and we have your ip logged and know who you are and where you live so dont try hiding!!!!"
