And I'm stuck at yesterday. It's like Hendrix says in his song "Manic Depression," "I know what I want but I just don't know how to go about getting it."

Sometimes when life becomes overwhelming, my mind will demand self-reflection and speculation, and this is what it produces:

I use particular terms of description such as, "we," "our," and "us," in hopes that someone can empathize with me. As for what I expect from this, nothing but your respect and an unusual understanding.

Humans have the capacity to believe in anything-so why limit oneself? Perhaps we don't? However, if anyone could believe in Christianity, and it is meant that all knees shall bow before the holy spirit, then one must think, "what is hindering my inherent intellect, to learn and be without creative handicaps, to excel and be the best anything I can imagine?" Perhaps we have examined this wrongly? Are not we all lacking something in our lives? If it's not finances it's something else. How does one live wholesomely? And what does wholesome living entail? Who would know? Maybe we should ask someone? Would a Buddhist monk know? Or a Christian, maybe?-They lack their existence in God's Chamber. Do not they repress life with a mask of hope? Then one must wonder that without wholesome living, could you even be living at all? Are we slaves to-we were thrown into this world, and this is what I amount to? Who says one human is better than another? "I want you to see things the way I do." A lot of people are handicapped by this phrase. So what are our options? Are we forced to live the way we do? Slaves to our own malice. All the little families blessed with a television in their own private quarters, watching their own particular show. We're gifted alright-And we're all satisfied with it-satisfied about not being satisfied.

I can't remember where I heard or read this... so, I'm paraphrasing.

But maybe... it isn't that there is something missing that is holding us back, but something extraneous that we must cast off.

Just a thought... I don't claim to have any answers.

I think that there is indeed something missing, and I think that it is God. Now, I'm not saying that there is no God, or that God hates us and doesn't want to be around us, but that we need to find our own sense of God inside ourselves. There is a supernatural being inside everyone and most people aren't on a high enough spiritual level to connect with it, so that's why we feel that there is something missing and we're satisfied with not being satisfied, as you so put it. I'm not claiming to have all of the answers either, but this is what I think, maybe it makes some sense to you, or maybe I'm completely off-topic and babbling about random shit... I'm gonna go watch the sun come up now...
