A friend of mine when going on plane just wrapped a small baggie of weed into his socks, and just left it in his case. He was only going from Scotland to England though, and I wouldn't take the risk of just leaving it wrapped up in socks.

Possibly try the 'in a candle' idea, that could work.

Just get the ferry they don't have x-ray things in either Rotterdam Europort or Ijmouden (Amsterdam) port, I've been over six times in the last 12 months and have only seen a sniffer dog once, I also heard that they (the police and dogs) are only looking for large amounts of currency, as there is a problem with money laundering. Get the ferry from Hull, it's a good night out on the ferry then you can get a coach to either Amsterdam or Rotterdam. (I would just like to take this opportunity to say a have never smuggled illegal substances and never will :hippy

right after readin your replies i think ive come to a conclusion i know that the ground coffee idea is useless and doesnt work because of how scent an smell particles are transfered and how dogs smell works
on an thanks to who ever pointed out the xray machines good point man,
i think probably the best way to ensure you dont get busted with it would simply be to mail it back from amsterdam in something like the candle idea or even jam or wotever but really i think its jus too hard at the moment to take stuff on your person an not really worth the risk with all the terrorist shit goin on

I would just call it quits and smoke your bud there. People come up with crazy things all the time to smuggle shit (Inside the DEA, DEA Programs, Forensic Sciences, Microgram Bulletins has some awesome examples of how people smuggle drugs and get caught) but with security these days it's a journey to smuggle substances.

wrap in baggie, tape to inner thigh. They won't bring out the dogs, and you won't get patted down there. I even went through the bomb detector puff thing with it. Works (at least for domestic travel)

sounds good.i have a mate whos always jetting off there on his own,he always brings a quarter at least back just in a bag in his coat,if he gets stopped(which he never does)he just says he forgot it was there.he has also been sniffed with a q under his insoles and told the gaurds that he had just toked up the last of his supply.he also moulds a big bit of nice hash to his keys so it looks like a key ring.i think an important factor is not to look like a stoner.i got pounced on in cuba,just for having dreads.hope everthing goes to plan.
