It doesn't make that much of a difference, IMO, but if you have a pair of scissors you don't mind getting dirty, just cut it up and throw it in, paper and all. It gets me higher, personally, but that could just be my crazy mind playing tricks on me. =]

Someone once told me that after you smoke a joint to throw the roach in a pipe with the paper still on it cuz there is resin on the paper which holds thc. I know smoking resin will get you high but does the paper hold enough to make a difference? Rating: 5
