could you just put some whiskey into a cup and then put the stems in there and like a half hour later without heating it up and drink it once you take the stems out would it be the same or what?

So i have been researching on how exactly to make green dragon and i have found several different variations but still havent found exactly how to make it. I would like to know if anyone has had some experiance in making green dragon and could help me out. I am looking for how much cannabis and how much alcohol to use and then how much i would need to consume. Also i would like to hear if anyone has tried heating the alcohol instead of letting it sit for a couple of weeks. thanks Rating: 5
