If I was under the age of 17 my mother wouldn't like me going to jail because of some stupid video I put on a website. she would argue that these people looking at my profile are molesters or something... i don't think it is anyones(but the parents) business what these kids do after school or put on their recreational website.
I dont agree with the first part of your statement. Aren't you proud of the fact that you smoke? Or are you ashamed of it? People have all kinds of prides that they want everyone to know about, from cultural, to ethical, to sports, rewards, honors ect ect ect. The point is by using your freedom of speech to advocate marijauna (ie posting "Interests: Blazing") I don't think it is fair at all for these people to get in trouble for what they put online.

However, if they are making deals then that is where I have to say they should be on their own. It is still illegal so freedom of speech is fine but setting up deals with people you dont know is risky business and I don't really feel too bad for the people that get caught, its not like its a surprise. Its anticipated.
