hey, ive been high a few times but i dont like it at all? im kinda scared of it. ive only been high off bongs i noticed, they burn my throat and ruin the experience...should i keep smoking or stop?

Maybe try smoking a joint or smoking a blunt. Shouldn't burn your throat as bad but I started out on a water bong and always loved the high. If you don't like it at all then maybe it's just not your thing. Or maybe you're getting some bad bud and not getting the full experience. My suggestion is smoke a joint of the best shit you can get your hands on and if you still don't like it then just drop it all. That's the only advice I see worth giving.

When I first started getting high bongs made me freak out. try other methods.

Yeah what these guys said just smoke out of something different. If it still trips you out just dont smoke. Its not for everybody and people have different highs then other people.

oh and another thing...my highs arent what i expected. its all physical, pretty much nothing mental. is that just from the weed? cuz ive smoked 3 diff kinds of weed. my highs are like my heart beating all over my body really hard, and time doesnt move and my throat hurts.

cannabis makes your heart rate go up so that happens but its that your new and your smoking a good bit most likely that your heart is beating real hard or feels like its going to explode. I like just smoking a little bit at first and seeing where it leads to and if i feel i can handle a little more than i do so. if you just smoke a bowl or take 3 or 4 hits from a joint you should be good.

i know the heart rate doesnt bother me, its just my whole body feels like a beating heart. my body is all numb and yeah. but i was expecting to feel really relaxed and i thought it was really mental...its not mental one bit for me. and for some reason it feels like i have an ongoing headache? but its very slight. not comfortable though

Maybe a bong isn't the best thing to start off with after reading all of your posts. I seriously think it's hitting you too hard and too fast and you can't handle it right now in your early stage of smoking. Smoke about half a joint or get with some friends and get a good three to four drags off a joint and see how you feel. If you feel mellowed out and possibly a tree in the forest could be your best bud then you my friend are stoned.
