Peanut M&M's. One pack lasts me like three days. 2-5 are great after a session. Other than that, any kind of fruit or vegetable that goes with anything such as apples with oranges, or apples and caramel, fried bananas, chips and salsa. I list all these things cause I never had a favorite food. I like all of em and eat till I can't, then keep eating, but I still weigh less than 140,
