    Well today, (after reading an earlier thread) I decided i would stop smoking cigarettes. I will be going cold turkey, just thought maybe everyones support would help me through! I will keep updated, and if this is the wrong forum, I am sorry!

    good luck
    cold turkey has never worked
    for me,,, ill go about 24 hours
    or so and then ill have a few
    beers and just fucking light
    one up, and after that I forget
    about quiting...

    Nah its not in the wrong forum its easier than you think IF YOU REALLY WANT TO QUIT..

    I have quit for about 7 days now you should download the thing on my quit smoking now thread its really helpful... ill get the link for you..

    and keep one in your mouth
    all the time.

    Honestly if you download the file and give it a go as long as you are serious about quitting it will be easy and you will have no problem doing it

    I have an oral fixation, I always chew on just random shit, so Lifesavers wont help. But thanks for the advice, I have heard of many people quiting like that!
