dont take out your frusrtations of those areound you, but most of all be strong Make your mind know cigarets will make you weak and belive me they do, anything you cant stop doing other than breath eat drink is a hinderance to your growth as a person. I know alot of Marines who went to Iraq buff and big cause stateside they were working out like body builders and taking suppliments, Most of my Devil Dog friends will never do that again, Marines should train like Marines not body builders, even bodybuilders will tell you sometimes they are not the strongest but the biggest
