Teh mold spores don't have any thc in them- I bet you just worded your Q wrong- There are 2 things about mold that are dangerous: Spores and any toxins that variety of mold might produce. Even if you kill the spores, the toxins are a big unknown. The Yeag might know a little more about this- he's got a lot of mold remediation experience.
I don't think it's worth risking personally.
There is a thread somewhere called "Cooking with moldy bud" that gets into this question.

ive saved a jar with amonia smell before, dump it out in a paper sack and start drying again. check for mold of course. if it smells like pinesol it might be the flavor itself.

a lot of people started growing their own cannabis, to avoid situations where their herb had been tainted with additives, pesticides, etc ... I would hope most people would just 'trash their stash' (I just made that up, :jointsmile, if they just knew how dangerous smoking moldy weed is ... :jointsmile:
