Hey, I thought i'd use my free time today and this evening to get some stuff done on my website... (HeRe) ... and I need to know how to make an Animated Gif file, OR, at least find somebody that can make one for me..

If you lok at the top left corner of every page of my site, it says 'THe HoMe oF GHoSToKeR'.. I just need a white banner, (470 pixels X 70 pixels), that has the words (text colour Navy or #000080) 'WELCOME TO THe HoMe oF GHoSToKeR' appearing on it, in the same font (Times New Roman, size=36px).. so that 'WELCOME TO' is the first frame or whatever, which fades out to 'THe HoMe oF' , and then 'GHoSToKeR' appears last, and then it loops... ive tried to figure out how to do it but i cant.. so any help would be appreciated
