glass on glass vs. rubber stoppers

i have a bong with a rubber stopper. i could make it glass on glass(and diffuser downstem) for about 50 bux. is it really worth it? also, if i do that would an ashcatcher be a good investment also?

You know, I left the country when Reagan got in; I went to France. And when George Bush Jr. got in, my instincts told me it was time to go - I\'d felt that we had grown above that, you know?

Theres no question about it GonG is the only way to go. Ive hit both GonG and Grommet and the difference is night and day. You wouldn't think the difference would be so significant but it is. The first time i hit a GonG tube it rocked my world and i will never go back.

Also you can add a diffuser to GonG tube. And anyone who has hit a tube with a diffuser will tell you. They deliver some of the smoothest hits you will ever get.
