Guys I am so depressed right now I need help with something URGENT
Sorry to hear about you backpain SpikedJester, I know first-hand what a bitch it can be. I can't remember where I heard it, but I'd suggest mentioning one of my favorite quotes to your parents "Legality is the poorest indicator of morality". After all, slavery was legal once, inter-racial marrage was illegal, just being a homosexual was illegal, oral copulation was illegal, birth control was illegal, alcohol was illegal, and it was illegal for a farmer to refuse growing hemp during WW2 and I think the civil war.
Now as your for you back pain, advil is just LAAAAAAAAAME. You obviously have serious backpain and advil is just too weak, and besides I'd say as far as over-the-counter drugs go acetaminophen (tylenol) and ibeprophen (motrin for example) are better. You may want to get some Tylenol-3 with codein, or even better some Tramadol which is much stronger yet considerably less potential for addiction. Constipation is pretty common with opiod analgesics though, but that can be circumvented pretty well by eating dried apricots or prunes. I'd suggest the prunes, even though they taste like crap, 'cause apricots can make you gassy.
You'll also want to get an ice pack and ice the sore parts of you back 10-15 minutes (for the inflamation), then follow up with a hot bath (for the muscle tension). Make sure you do it in that order.
In the meantime take about 3,000mg Vitamin-C with 400IU Vitamin-E per day, this will help with the tissue repair. I know that's way more vitamin-c than normally recommended, but I've researched the issue and the recommended dose of VC is based merely on enough to avoid scurvey. You can consume massive amounts of it safely, it's almost as non-toxic as THC. Though exceeding 12 grams can lead to diarhea in some people.
Also, try to remember to keep your breathing slow and deep, that'll help with the muscle tension, pain, and emotional stability.
If you still want to make the case to your parents about weed, I'd challenge them to actually do some research from unbiased, scientific sources, and point out a few key facts including:
1. It's one of the least toxic substances known to man, and nobody has ever died of an overdose.
2. All the original reasons for which it was made illegal have been disproven. Henry Anslinger himself, the man who spearheaded prohibition, claimed it "made respectable white women have relations with colored men. It causes completely abd irreparable insanity, uncontrolable impulses to commit murder, and is why the mexicans are all crazy"
3. It has zero neurotoxicity. This means it will not kill brain cells. The reason for short-term memory impairment is because cannabinoids (primarily in low-tolerance users) clog up memory-receptors in the hypocampus and thus block the signals. After 30 days of abstinence, this normally clears out 100%.
4. THC has incredibly potent anti-cancer properties, possibly moreso than any substance known to man. There has yet to be a single reported case of lung-cancer arising from cannabis use alone. It also shrinks tumors, suppresses cancerous growth, and destroys cancerous glioma cells in the brain.
And to back it all up, along with a large quantity of other information, here's my collection of cannabis studies to use as you please.

You can always purchase of one those fake pee test passers. I'm not sure what the name is exaclty, but i'm sure you can find it all over the internet. It's a device to help you pass drug tests. My brother bought one in San Jose, CA after trying to pass a drug test for a new employer. You wrap it around your waist underneath your clothing and it has 2 small puches on the side with some liquid that looks like pee. You simply snap one of the small hoses and the liquid starts pouring out ala pee. You are going to want to hold the tip off the hose to your zipper as if you are going to pee. The liquid has a powder in which will reuqire you to shake minutes before the drug test so that the liquid will be warm once it comes out.

That is my parents biggest issue, they think (because they have obviously never tried it) that it impairs your judgment and thinking just like alcohol. My mom kept comparing it to alcohol just because its always been clumped in there with it and my parents even admitted they don't know much about the drug. So imagine you were someone who grew up all your life not knowing and only hearing its bad dont do it here are facts (what lies the government makes up). And then out of no where you find out your kid does this stuff, I can see why they need hard proof that its not bad for you, they have been brainwashed their whole life. I can't wait for the next few generations. A lot more people are growing up knowing the truth now and soon all the old politicians will be dead and gone. At least things are looking to turn out for the better soon.

Even this, when my parents say they want to drug test me they are gonna want to drug test me right there and then on the spot, and as far as I know there is no product that acts immediately. Even something that requires a few minutes before likely would be too much time that I don't have.

Just sift through them and save a few that you think will help make your case, and good luck!\"I think your love of the halfling\'s pipeweed has slowed your mind\"

For example your link about marijuana myths, it still lists a lot of negatives. Now I am not being ignorant to the fact that marijuana has ABSOLUTELY no health risks. But for example one myth was no one ever dies from marijuana, and in the myth it said that you are 30% more likely to injure yourself while you are high. There were a couple things like that, I don't really believe that at all, and my parents would go off on that topic if they saw it, considering thats exactly what they worry about in the first place, and have been told by anti drug campaigns paid for by the government.

One thing that will help your back muscles is core strengthening - I know this because I suffered from back pain for years. There's a lot of ways to do it and you can find most of them by Googling. Here's what I use, as recommended by my massage therapist:
Do this every other day, maybe more if you feel you need it. It works especially well when your pain is the most severe. In all the exercises make sure you tuck your butt forward and make sure your spine is straight. Hold each position for 60 seconds (or work your way up until you can hold for 60 seconds) and take a two minute break in between. Make sure you do all four positions in one session - if you don't, you'll regret it later. Remember, know your physical limitations! There is a difference between healthy pain and damaging pain.
1) Lying on your back, lift your legs up so that they aren't touching the floor. You'll need to experiment a bit to find out how far you can extend them and still hold it for the 60 second period. If you want you can lift your head up as well - this will strengthen your neck muscles, but is not necessary.
2) Lie on your side and balance yourself on the sides of your feet (however is most comfortable for you) and your elbow. Your arm from the shoulder to the elbow should be perpendicular to the floor. This position can be tricky to balance in, and at first might be harder on your arms than your core! Don't worry, you'll get used to it. Do this on both your right and left sides.
3) Get on your front as though you are doing push-ups, but instead of supporting yourself on your hands, use your elbows, once again keeping your upper arm perpendicular to the floor. This will probably be the hardest position to maintain - shakes are normal for me.
4) After doing all this, take a minute to stretch your core and relax. You should feel heaps better!
I definitely recommend that anyone with back pain due to muscular problems should try this at least once and see if it helps.

I don't want to scare you, but from the sounds of it, you could be experiencing symptoms of testicular cancer. It may surprise you, but the main symptom is testicular cancer is lower-back pain, which infests later to cause tremendous pain, to the point where you can't sit or stand properly.
If you truly feel that much pain you are describing that it's effecting everyday life, don't even see a doctor, take yourself to the ER. It could be anything.
Chiropractors aren't doctors. They can see you are in pain and can do their best to correct it. But not all back-pain is skeletal or muscular.

I just read about it I am going to tell my parents as soon as they get home, it said if caught in early stages is easy to fix. Guys, I am so so so sad right now. But if it turns out that I have testicular cancer can I get a medical card for that? That would at least be a blessing inside of a curse. =[
