Read the lables and not only look at the nutritional info, but also pay attention to the portion size for that product. I looked at a bag of potato ships and it had a lot of fat and sodium...then I saw that the portion size was only 12 CHIPS!!!
Like I said, open heart surgery is an experience that I really really don't care to repeat......and the body plumber only gave me a 10 year warranty.[SIZE=\"6\"]READ MY LIPS!!!
