All in moderation, my friend.

McDonalds doesn't hold a candle to taco bell when it comes to cholesterol, sodium and fat. there are several pocket guides that list all that stuff for all of the fast food chains.... burgers places, doughnut shops, pizza, you name it. When I had my heart attack my triglycerides were 800 and my cholesterol was over 300. Of all of the fast food places, Taco Bell is the absolute *WORST*, whereas Subway has the most healthy with their "heart smart" samiches. FWIW, pretty much *ANYTHING FRIED* is bad for you, so is mayo, and mayo based dressings. Read the lables and not only look at the nutritional info, but also pay attention to the portion size for that product. I looked at a bag of potato ships and it had a lot of fat and sodium...then I saw that the portion size was only 12 CHIPS!!!
Like I said, open heart surgery is an experience that I really really don't care to repeat......and the body plumber only gave me a 10 year warranty.
