Every body is different and it depends on your smoking history, genetics, body fat %, activity level, diet, etc. The half life can range from 0.8 days to 10 days. I know plenty of people who took 60+ days to get clean.

If you are doing aerobic exercise stop 3-5 days before the test. I have a feeling you are close to getting clean.
FakeBoobsRule Reviewed by FakeBoobsRule on . Trying to go into Army! Ive been clean since May 23 and I am still dirty. Im drinking ridiculous amonts of water and working out but im still popping positive. The recruiters are cool about it but its starting to piss me off! Ive read almost every post and Im "not smoking" "drinking water and cranberry juice" "working out(running)" and even tried niacin, but still no luck. I guess I need to know how long it could take? Whats the max amount of time it stays in your system? I'm about to hit the 60 day mark. Im 5'7" and Rating: 5
