NPK values for flowering?
I went to local garden center to get some fert for flowering. They tried to sell me Bio Bizz Bio Bloom fert that had NPK-values 2-3-3. I didn't bought it cause I thought that the N level was pretty high. Is this good fert for flowering or did I just dodge a bullet for my plants? I'm growing in soil.

That's a fine fertilizer.
A general rule is, whatever your plants were happy with in veg for a N number, go to 50% or less of that number for flower. If you are vegging with like a 6-2-2, your flower N just needs to be 3 or less to tell the plants, hey, that's all you get!!!
