Smoking in Nature
At that point, she said "Mark (my friend's brother) is having cereal for breakfast today, but I can make you a smoothie." and at that point I just started laughing the hardest I've ever laughed in my life. She just looked at me very strange, and then tried continue explaining the ingredients of the smoothie to me, but I kept hysterically laughing.

I love toking in the middle of the woods, or any other secluded area. it just gives you a feel of how small you really are in the world... hell, I love going out in nature when I'm sober too... it's just an amazing place to be and it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside knowing that there still is some nature out there, but soon there won't be, which makes me extremely sad and very pissed off... I wish everyone could see the beauty of it all instead of the money it could bring in if it were cleared for a mall... :-(

i envy you. smoking out in nature is the best. here in suburbia we are confined to garages and rooms. backyards are probably the closest i can get to nature without going on a trip.

yesss, I'm still groovin on the mellow vibes from that tale. All the world should be as nonchalant as the characters portrayed. Seriously that's some good writing; the first part set the relaxed scene with the deer and then led to an actual climax, but the climax was not antagonistic, it was disarming. Then the narrative abruptly shifted setting, giving a dreamy feeling (the hummingbirds and the patio chairs). The whole thing was peppered with just enough dialogue to maintain that dreamy feeling, which the writer made very easy to internalize.
Not that I can really provide any better rhetoric than what's already on the thread, but to me smoking outdoors is as important as breathing. The impression that always stays with me after exhilarating meditative sessions in the woods is that all the divisions and partisanship and cliques and consumerism and ethnocentricity and all arrogance seems absurd and comical when compared to the ethereal and infinite truth that all people, plants and things are ultimately made of the exact same thing and were at one point one absolute entity and will be restored to one definite awareness. Whether this happens once or goes in cycles I can't say

Just being outside in general when you're high is nice, but I can't wait to go to my grandparent's cabin and blaze there this fall. I still like going for high walks. Some neighborhoods in my town are over a century old, and I love going there and walking under these immense gnarled trees and just staring up at the sun through the leaves. One time I walked past a row of hedges, and they seemed to stretch up forever in a wall of leafy green, and I thought of garden-girdled Babylon. It was one of my most memorable toking experiences.

Smoking in Nature
Ya man I love to smoke in Nature actually thats all I do because I live in the country and have to go out to smoke ( I guess I am spoiled ). A while back I walked out on a beach when the tide was low and jsut stood there soaking it in. I wasnt even high but it was so beautiful the only bad part was walking back looking at the resorts and clearcutting. Where did humanity screw it up so bad?
