Will I need to stake the plants up if they are growing through a screen or will that hold them up enough alone?

I will be growing two tables under 2000 watts of light. I am planning to grow Sour Diesel, and in the past I have used SunShine so the plants were easy to stake up putting a bamboo stake in the sunshine and then tieing the baby up. How would you do that with hydro rocks considering they won't hold as much weight as the heavy sunshine does? The friend I get my clones from does a SCROG grow, but does NFT so Rating: 5
