Is their a rule that says once you get a group of like five people you have to like a second joint.??

What I consider it to mean is you take two full inhales and two full exhales. I've been in circles with others that only take 1 full inhale, but pause half way through, then puff again as part of just one inhale. So 2 inhales and 1 exhale. Rating: 5
