Global Warming is not caused by humans.
All (well, most) of that carbon that we're putting in the atmosphere was put in the ground during the carboniferous period 300 million years ago. Where did all that carbon come from? Why, the atmosphere, actually. And before that, volcanoes.

Our planet is actually still in an ice age. Geologically, it's kind of uncommon for there to be polar ice caps all year. The oldest ice at the ice caps is only about 100,000 years old, owing to the fact that before then, they melted during the summer. But honestly, what we're doing to the atmosphere is very insignificant compared to what's happened to it throughout the geological record.
