Can you?
Yes. You will get seeds.
HOWEVER- and this is where my understanding of plant hormones becomes shaky- I would NOT do this, because I have a hunch that it would prevent the plant from revegging properly.
The presence of seeds is the natural END of a plant's reproductive cycle, and in an annual like cannabis, this corresponds to the end of its life.
Allowing a garden herb to go to seed, such as cilantro, is a death sentence.
So you have to decide which is more important- seeds or the plant?
If you care about the plant, don't seed it.

I like to have seds as back up so i guess i wil reveg , clone ,then seed. But if i wasnt going this route would i have to stop reveg (24 hour light) and go back to 12 hours or wil 24 or 18 speed up sed development?
