This is what i believe anyway, you could be a heavy weed smoker and spend a couple of years in prison for something as little as growing a few plants but is this really a crime?

Who knows? Maybe (if there is a heaven) when we get to heaven or hell as the case may be that will not be classed as a sin.

Also is murder a crime? Yes? No? what if the person (in your mind) deserves to be murdered, and killing that person would save a lot of innocent peoples lifes and save a lot of innocent people from pain. What if this person was the cause of thousands of death eg saddam hussein, then would that be a crime to murder someone like that?

They say it is illegal to murder someone, YET the government, the law decides who it is ok to kill.

Take the death sentence for example, do two wrongs make a right? do you deaths make it right? What if the person is innocent..?

What about manslaughter.. is it a crime to commit murder in order to save your own life? (think about this one).

What do you think, would like to hear your opinions on this one.

I dont think that there is a black and white answer. Of course it would be better to kill someone trying to force you into a car to rape you than to kill out of spite. But I dont believe in a god. Therefor I cannot expect god to punish them. And if there is no god and no one on earth punished a pedophile or whatever? Then they got away scott free.

CC, i agree whole-heartedly with you. Thats why im completly against death sentences and so. Life is a too valuable thing for us humans take it from someone, no matter who.

I consider myself a part anarchist because I believe things would acctually be better in the long run if there was no law. If you do somthing wrong, it is up to the general community to do somthing about it. Like somone kills somone, then thier family would have the choice to do somthing about it, but no laws in the way of thier decision. On the other hand, people would just go crazy and society would collapse, thats cool too though.

It's quite interesting that people feel the need to kill and administer 'justice' upon others in the name of God, when to me, this seems to reveal a complete lack of faith the 'ultimate justice' that God will purportedly deliver on judgement day. People sin in order to punish sin (ie: the death penalty). Indeed, do two wrongs make a right? As it's said, an eye for an eye will only make this world go blind. If people focused on their own sins rather than everyone else's, I think our society would probably be a hell of a lot more peaceful and civilized.

One stupid law well in the uk anyway infact most of them protect the real criminals for example if a burgular breaks into your house and you injure them or they injure themselves while inside your property they have the right to sue you which is pretty FUCKED UP!

Also another messed up one, if you leave your house unattended and they manage to get in somehow without breaking an entry eg walking through the door climbing in through the window then they can Legally stay there ie they legally own it and you have to take them to court to get them out of your own house which could take years, its called squatting pretty fucked up eh.

Exactly. It will come back to bite you in the ass somehow. Maybe murderer's and pedophiles pay for it in another life... its crazy, but it is fun to think about and contemplate.
I don't care what anybody says, im set in my ways when I say that murderer's and pedophiles... the real sick people... do deserve to be punished and do deserve to suffer for the acts that they commit.
