Dude thats fucked up! I know here in the USA ,or at least in most states, its legal to use deadly force if someone is robbing your house. Its considered defending yourself.

And for the second won that too is dumb as doorknob. I mean if you leave it unattended you still own it. Its your home your property. If someone was living in it even if it was unattended you could charge that person with breaking and entering and possibly vagrancy.

It depends on the individual state. In some states it's as simple as fearing for your life or the life of another. In others you are required to equal or lesser force in order to defend yourself (I'm not 100% sure on this.) Many states require you to try and flee before you use deadly force, where as others, like my lovely state, allow you to kill fire preemptively as soon as someone enters your private property without permission.

Overall it depends on the state though.

Side note:
There was a case here a few years ago where a guy shot someone from his balcony who was breaking into his car. He was tired of his shit getting stolen in New Orleans, so he killed the next kid he saw doing it. I supported him, unfortunately he was convicted...

This is what i believe anyway, you could be a heavy weed smoker and spend a couple of years in prison for something as little as growing a few plants but is this really a crime? Who knows? I think you have to realise that these questions and contradictions are so obvious that they must hold a valid explanation, well, did not the Templars for example roam the land killing their enemies and often torturing innocent people, killing innocent people for not falling to the will of Christ?

The thing is, although there are a multiverse (a theory which states there are an infinite number of universes beyond "ours" lol) of contradictions and what I would call misinterpretations but what some would call LIES in the Bible you must understand that there are people on this planet who apparently represent Jesus.

The Pope can bend the laws of Christ, I heard by a very highly regarded astro-theologist that the Pope is considered, in very high areas of the Roman Catholic religion to be Jesus' VICAR.

One stupid law well in the uk anyway infact most of them protect the real criminals for example if a burgular breaks into your house and you injure them or they injure themselves while inside your property they have the right to sue you which is pretty FUCKED UP!

Also another messed up one, if you leave your house unattended and they manage to get in somehow without breaking an entry eg walking through the door climbing in through the window then they can Legally stay there ie they legally own it and you have to take them to court to get them out of your own house which could take years, its called squatting pretty fucked up eh.

If both of these are true, then someone squatting in your house can't hurt you when you break in to take it back :P

I was just going by what you wrote. You said if a burglar breaks in to your house, and they injure themselves, the burglar can sue. So if a squatter takes over your house because of a loophole, then you can "break in", like a burglar, and they can't hurt you, according to what you wrote. If they hurt you, you can sue, make it worth the house

I am not sorry if I have offended you, it is your own problem, the world is no longer a dessert, and think about that carefully, when I speak to people like you, I cant ever help but feel I am trying to communicate with a small village in a dessert surrounded by a barren, deserted, impecunious, impoverished wide area of land which contained in the centre, your town, your ideas and your beliefs.

(What we call the sun, or what is in actual fact, just another star, one in an infinite number!!) or how about the injustice in the world? The sins? The whole question of the lack of justice? I was a terror in my teens is it justified that I spend eternity in hell? If one had sex before marriage, is it justified that God throw me in HELL for an eternity?
