the biggest bud i have seen was a little over a foot long and so fat in the middle that you couldnt get both hands around it. it was shaped like a football and came from a pluton plant.

11 grams is the biggest bud I've ever seen. Was picking up a half of good weed, that was one of the nugs I got. It was awesome but sadly I've yet to see a nug of such magnitude since.

No way! I don't think you understand how big of a bud would be needed to weigh 24lbs, and not to mention under 2 CFL bulbs. 2 bulbs of CFL's couldn't produce that much.

Biggest I've seen was a 1lb cola bud. It was a very compact Indica grown under 4000W of HPS lighting. It wasn't huge as it was more thick. It was about the size of a football, and he had 2 of them. It was very nice.

Personally though, I think the biggest I got was 14g's. I used to buy off this guy way back, and his half o's came in one cola bud. Okay homegrown, but it was pricey.

my mates, mates,mate,grew a 260kg ruderalis bud in a 3inch pot with a 20watt candle light bulb...then he woke up and realised it was his venus fly trap eating a mouse and when he went downstairs there was a note from his mum saying there was 2lb of chronic in her top draw,help your self. this b.s lark is well easy..and fun
