what ryan said is true. they have the ability to remotely install a listening program on your cellphone that can remotely activate your mouthpiece microphone any time. the only safe way to disable it is to take the battery out of your cell phone.

even if your phone is powered off they can still use it.


the thing is its probably very complicated, pricey and rights infringing so they have only used it to bust this big mafia dude in NYC so far. other than that its a waste of time and money *stupid paranoid stoners*
