Another option, though disgusting, is to have a friend pee in a baggy and tape it your leg/groin area or chest. Risky though, especially if they watch you do it.
YouAintKnow, I got your message where you said you didn't mean any malice by voicing your opinions in the drug testing forum but do you realize opinions and guesses are not needed in the drug testing forum, no matter what the intent was. I have to say this every few days, people's jobs, lives, freedom, and sometimes child custody is at stake. Opinions are not helping people, facts and correct advice will help people. You state things like "I don't know what to tell you." Hopefully that is a red flag for people to know that your understanding of drug testing is very limited. Then you give another piece of advice about vitamin B and then you ask people if that is right or not (right?). Another huge red flag for people to know that you really are limited in your info here. Your info is at best vague and often times incorrect. Let the people who know what they are doing help the people here. Look at Blazedbabe, she nailed this post perfectly. Rollenjoynts didn't give near enough info for us to help him In addition to what she asked he should tell us whether this is for probation or employment or what so we can help them. First of all, drinking lots of water for days before the test is useless. Drinking lots of water the day of the test is dilution but that isn't good advice either. There are specific volumes to drink in the dilution method and sports drinks are better than water. Instead of guessing if you don't know why not direct the poster to read the dilution thread. There is a lot of info there and it should be read before attempting dilution. Sweating isn't that effective in helping your body remove THC metabolites. What is more effective is aerobic exercise and calories burned not how much you sweat. If it is a lab test, color is the least important validity as the sample will undergoes testing for specific gravity, pH, and creatinine clearance.

There is more to substitution to peeing in a bag. Again, if you don't know direct the OP to the substitution sticky, that is why it is there.
