To day I declare in the name of the people that the Government of the US of A to be illegal null and void. I do this in the name of the Constitution of said states.

Section 2 The Number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand, but each State shall have at Least one Representative;

This mandate has not been met since 1911 so being thus the Now existing Government is now null and void and needs to be immediately shut down and all offices vacated in the name of the people. The intervening Government shall revert to the the power of the several states .
