well the D.A did drop the charges and so now im legal and growing ^^ i will post pics soon.imp:

So what happened? Why did they just drop the charges? I have faced criminal charges and usually its a long drawn out ordeal. My first case was almost 2 years. Usually the longer it goes, the better the deal they give you.

Now I'm screwed those of you who know me might remember that I was raided a few months ago......well yesterday the doc called and said im approved for a card(legal to gro) Today I recieve a letter from the DA's office ...they have charged me w/manufacture and possession of a controled substance.here's the problem.....you cant get a license thru the state if you have a case pending.I also cant beat the case w/out the license. so the timing on the charges is absoultly terrible, and now I fear I may end up going Rating: 5
