this is my first time facing this particular charge. I havent seen my attourny yet (I will two days from now),he sent me a packet of the D.A.'s evidence and a copy of the "DEAL" they're gonna offer.as I said they charged me manu./poss. of over an ounce....both felonies.they offered to drop the manufacture if a plea guilty to possession of over an ounce.according to the lab report I was in possesion of exactly 14.8 grams (plants/weed total)so they will have to drop it to a misdemeaner possesion.when they drop the charge down to a misd. the D.A. might make a new "DEAL" arrangement,or they may let me plea to misd. possesion. I will know more on thursday and post the new info.
