well the D.A did drop the charges and so now im legal and growing ^^ i will post pics soon.imp:

So what happened? Why did they just drop the charges? I have faced criminal charges and usually its a long drawn out ordeal. My first case was almost 2 years. Usually the longer it goes, the better the deal they give you.

the main reason they had to drop the charges was "illegal search an seizure" the fact that i got my med card helped also. they ended up giving me back everything they took,except the actual plants which were dead anyway.

no need to worry about gettin ripped off by that guy ..he's too afraid to get anywhere near me.

fiddy the part you missed is that I had a grow room... and he asked me to build him one ...so i did = 2 grows =) THE reason he was able to get away with rattin me was that he had his grow license and I didnt have mine yet.
