Lights question

Hi everybody,

I'm going to grow my first (1) mj plant. I would like to know what the best light (with the price) for 1 mj plant. I see on InsideSun, the 250w Kit for $95, I think it will be a great deal but I'd like to be sure (It is very cool in my closet, it can down to 65f)
