healthy munchies
I love raw veggies like baby carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, and yellow squash, and I make up low-cal dip with fat-free plain yogurt and ranch dressing mix. Salty and crunchy and yummy. Takes a little while to prep the veggies, but you can also get most of that in salad bars if you prefer to let someone else do the slicing and chopping.
I can be persuaded to eat almost anything that involves ranch dip or dressing. But above all things kissed by the flavor of ranch, I really love raw vegetables. A close second is French fries. Not nearly as healthy.
Orange sections and grapes and cherries are also nice for the sweet alternative. Somehow I think of finger foods when I think of munchies.\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"
