I know this thread is old but if anyone wanted to know the answer--it is 3 years, 11 months and 29 days between persons involved in a relationship...

For instance, a 20 year old could be with a 16 year old as long as the 20 yr old does not turn 21 before the 16 year old turns 17...and from what I was told by a county cop sometimes that doesnt even matter...they'll still try and pin you with statutory rape.

yeah, and when they said 3 years, 11 months and 29 days you better NOT go over even one day or u can be charged..

Personally I wouldn't even risk it:thumbsup:
apathy24 Reviewed by apathy24 on . 4 year 364 day younger/older law in TN I've heard from numerous (other teenagers, not exactly reliable) people that if a person is 18 or older, it is legal to have sex with a person under the age of 18 as long as no more than 4 years and 364 days seperate their ages. I can't find this anywhere on the net, and I really don't think it exists. And this law is also in tennessee so iv'e heard. Rating: 5
