jdmarcus59 Reviewed by jdmarcus59 on . 4 year 364 day younger/older law in TN I've heard from numerous (other teenagers, not exactly reliable) people that if a person is 18 or older, it is legal to have sex with a person under the age of 18 as long as no more than 4 years and 364 days seperate their ages. I can't find this anywhere on the net, and I really don't think it exists. And this law is also in tennessee so iv'e heard. Rating: 5
