4 year 364 day younger/older law in TN

i say old enough to drive, old enough to... uh.... drive me around and take me to burger king or something, anything less than 17 is weird.

in most states its 16 or 4 years. if it wasnt like that a lot of young males lives would be ruined by crazy parents pressing charges.
geoluv Reviewed by geoluv on . 4 year 364 day younger/older law in TN I've heard from numerous (other teenagers, not exactly reliable) people that if a person is 18 or older, it is legal to have sex with a person under the age of 18 as long as no more than 4 years and 364 days seperate their ages. I can't find this anywhere on the net, and I really don't think it exists. And this law is also in tennessee so iv'e heard. Rating: 5
