Does light get through the white res? If so you should duct tape it our paint it so the roots aren't sitting in light.
What nutes are you using? Are you using supplements with your nutes? What size light do you have? She looks a little small for flowering. Unless it has at least four to five sets of leaves.
If you want your plant to grow faster, give it more light and the right amount of nutes, ph check your water and show it love!

I can only speak for my clones, but what they tend to do is, after they have rooted and been put in coco, they just kinda sit there for a while (usually a week to ten days) not doing a whole lot of anything and growing in just minute amounts and then it's like one day they decide to grow and from then on it's Katey bar the door - they just start growing like crazy.
When I put the clones in the coco, I start them off on 1/4 nutes for 3-4 days then 1/2 nutes for 3-4 days then full nutes.
BTW - Coco is considered hydro so, even tho it's a lot different from your hydro unit, in a lot of ways it's the same.
You just finished a grow in this unit, didn't you? You should post your root pic for Scientixt.
