i just don't know what the fuck to do.

If i think of it from their point of view, I really don't want to do anything about it. Honestly, I feel like a hypocrit if i do anything about it. Well i dont know about the US, but im guessing the laws gonna be more or less the same in the UK, its classed as rape and you would go down for a few good years.. even if the girl agrees because one is over the age of consent and one is under especially 14 which is pretty young then its classed as rape.

Maybe you should tell him to get somoene his own age.

that is illegal, not to mention immoral, and i dont think this is the place for this.....the fact that you did not call the police and protect your sister, is scary to me...she just turned 14..you think she even knows what sex is yet, or can handle what comes with it, like std's and babies? you need to tell your parents, call the police, and stop saying this clown is your friend man....
