Rasko, i'll share a lil advice i saw and was given.

the roots need some breathing of O2 from time to time.
its better to let them go a lil extra dry for a day than to keep them too moist too often for too long.

I experimented with this advice and found that even when i forced myself to wait an extra day to let em get extra dry and breath, they bounced rite back with no worries.
but, the opposite result would be that they get too wet for too long and that can kill em,and im sure that would be more difficult to recover.
another thing i noticed. the difference between watering with or without superthrive. I will say that watering (and foliar spaying) with ST in small doses did far more good than plain water. at one point i decided it was such a positive that i now do add it for every single watering, nutes or not. they love it.

stay away from the watering can for a while, and get a cheapo moisture meter, definately worth it. less than 10clams at hardware joint(HD,lowes,etc)

i thought they needed water (top 1.5 inched were dry) but, the moisture meter told a different stoy at root level. so, i waited. they didnt mind.
I now only water when the meter reads dry down in the lower half of the pot.

thats all i got. im still in my own learning curve. :wtf:
