Methamphetamine has a bunch of other shit in it. But the base of adderall is AMPHETAMINE, which is a powerful stimulant. OK, ADD ppl cant stay focused, what does adderall make you want to do???? GET SOME WORK DONE, you are tweaking on that drug, increased heart rate, but they calm down because they can stay focused and get their shit done. I am not arguing that adderall doesnt calm people down, bc it does, thats what it is supposed to do. Adderall is a strong stimulant. peace

Adderall contains both isomers of amphetamine, dextro and levo. Dextroamphetamine is about twice as potent as levoamphetamine. Dexedrine contains only the dextro isomer or amphetamine which is why those who have tried it will probably tell you it is better.

Don't do meth thinking it wont show up on drug tests, it is included in the standard drug test which tests for amphetamines (including meth).
