Feminized Hempstar @ 3 weeks - spidermite?
Hello growers of the world, this is my 1st post in 5 years and am hoping that the same experienced growers are still going strong on this site..
I'd like an idea as to what is wrong with these plants? This is their 5th day under 2 x 400w MH after 2 weeks under flouro's. Its my 1st indoor grow although I've grown outdoors before.
No fert's have been used although they were initially grown in peat pots, containing magi-grow.
My theory is spidermite, although i'm up for suggestions. I've had a look under the leaves but can't see anything obvious. Temp in the growroom is around 75f-80f humidity around 65-70%. I also thought maybe light burn but the lamps were around 14" from the plant, i've moved them up to about 20" to see what happens.
The last pic is of a healthy one.
Anyone got any suggestions? Look forward to hearing them. Am also happy to give advice if i can.

you say you used no nutes ...the soil looks good and has lotta nutes in it.....IT looks like nute burn.maybe light burn. flush your soil w/ph balanced water, move the light up to 20" like you said.....thats where i'd start.

thanks for the responses.. i'm shying away from nutrient burn - nothing has been used except good compost... i've over-ferted before and i think that usually its the tips of the leaves that suffer the most.. I checked the smallest of the plants tonight, a couple of the leaves had turned up and basically dried out so I'm thinking lights too close.
I figure that its all sheeted with mylar floor to ceiling, there is ventilation but probably not enough, so i think they've literally cooked a little - well at least i know for the future!
Thanks for the comments.. will post with an update soon - even with these slight problems, i've never seen plants grow so quickly!

looks like mild fert-burn, probably from that soil you used, I believe it has time-release nutes already in it ... and, over-watering is a possible culprit ... actually, they don't look all that bad ... just let them dry between waterings, and don't give it any fertilizer until it indicates it needs something ... don't 'over-love' your plants ... keep growin' :smokin:
