    Roger Waters concert

Went to see RW last night in Darien Lake, New York and the show was pretty much incredible. He played the entire dark side of the moon and the classics. The sound was right on, even for an outdoor concert. And the flying pig was cool. If you didn't see him in 2007, you have one last chance. Saturday 7/14 in Toronto. Go if you can, you'll be glad you did. I wish Pink Floyd would let bygones be bygones, bury the hatchet, get over it, forgive and forget and re-unite for at least last tour, before that option runs out. Nick, Rick, Dave and Roger all together would be the ultimate. But it probably isn't going to happen, in reality but I wish it would.

Dam I would love to go to the one in Toronto. I live in Idaho, and just seen Eric Clapton , March 8th in Salt Lake City, Utah. That is a dream of mine, to see Roger Waters and David Gilmore.

It's a coincidence, but I did see David Gilmour earlier this year at Massey Hall in Toronto. And with Rick Wright on keyboards was so much for the better. I was out in Idaho, about 5-6 years ago (Nampa), and saw the Scorpions, Ronny James Dio and Deep Purple at some outdoor place (can;t remember the name of it now). We had a lot of fun there, did some whitewater rafting and explored the sawtooth mountains. Friendly people too. I'd like to go back there someday. And yes Clapton is a must see too.

Guys, I saw the show in Vancouver on June 21!

    Fucking amazing!

It was actually really funny, because he opened with "In the Flesh", a song from The Wall where the protagonist is hallucinating that he's a neo-Nazi leader, and the lyrics point out all the "inferior" people (satiraclly), and everyone's really into it already and then Waters sings, really loud, pointing into the crowd, the lyrics from the album I'd been looking forward to:

    "THAT ONE'S SMOKING A JOINT!!"

Now, Vancouver is one of the biggest stoner cities in the world, and there was smoke rising everywhere you looked, and the cheer the crowd gave after Waters sang that was probably the loudest cheer I've EVER heard. It was great; I was baked off my ass.

Yeah, I saw him and his incredible band a couple of months ago in Tampa.

Great show that lasted over 3 hours!

Played a bunch of old PF tunes, took a 15 min break and returned to play The Dark Side of the Moon in it's entirety.

Finished with Another Brick, Bring the Boys Back Home and right into Comfortabley Numb.

One of the best shows ever!

I saw this concert and it was fucking incredible. I ate some really god brownies before and was trippin like crazy. Then some older guy offered my friends and I a joint. Awesome concert/experience.
