Damn man, the easiest way to get papers is usually to go late night to a gas station or corner store, usually its just real chill black guys who dont give a fuck haha, thats how it is here, im 16 and i can get alcohol and tobacco/papers/blunts anytime after 11 on most nights... especially from smoking blunts with the cashiers haha, knowing all of them by name can be important. the thing is is that so many new people come in there every day, if youre in there every day just buyin shit they will begin to know you and just trust you enough to sell you shit haha, papers is usually no problem so try that.
