HAHA......Thats funny. Now I know how I must distract the police.......Cut my dick off, kill them and posthumously cornhole them 30 or 40 times. Yes, thats it. The only way it can be done.

brain damage?
I don't think theres enough pcp to smoke to make that happen. But I'm sure if someone is crazy enough to flat out dick their dick off and throw it at cops, there's someone crazy enough to take it a step further. Anyways, I must go to work and make those ducets. Peace and no, you're not crazy guy, toke up, the more you the smoke, the more the paranoia fades away.

brain damage?
i think i had an experience similar to yours, but i'd been smoking for about half a year before it happened. i was at my friend's apt smoking a couple j's (weed was some good mids, but nothing especially potent) and afterwards we went outside into the living room. as soon as i walked out the room started spinning, and i saw bright white blobs of light everywhere. after a while the feeling went away but i was left really anxious and paranoid. this wasn't just being blazed, i'd been plenty stoned before.
then for months following i would get that same anxiety/paranoia every time i smoked. not as intense as the first time but still noticeable. i'm normally a pretty anxious person, i freak out and overthink things alot, but when im sober i can control it to a good degree. i think after a while pot started to interfere with that control and it made getting stoned really unpleasant around certain people or in certain situations.
i just recently stopped getting these quasi-anxiety attacks after i realized what they were and how to control my thoughts and talk reason into myself. just gotta calm down and rationalize - which i realize is pretty hard to do when you're stoned.
so.. i don't exactly know what i was getting at, but you don't have any brain damage. it's most likely just anxiety and most likely just all in your head. i won't assume to know anything about you but you may just be an anxious person normally and the weed intensified it.

bb, don't pay any attention to those fools! You just had a panic attack. Lots of folks get them. I've had a few. The pot set one off and it was a big one. I think that may have been "woken up" to what they feel like. Before having a big panic attack, you likely had smaller ones, but you just shrugged them off as feeling a bit off for a while. Now that you know how bad they can get, you notice the beginning of the attacks and you freak out a bit at the first twinges of an attack. That, of course, sends you into a full-blown panic attack.
My hubby was asthmatic when he was younger. Just the fear of having an asthma attack, could set him off into an asthma attack. If he discovered he had left his inhaler behind somewhere or it ran out, he would start going into an asthma attack. He could have been fine for hours before, with no sign of symptoms, but as soon as he found out he didn't have access to his medication, he would start having an attack. Your panic attack are working on the same psychological mechanism.
Also, stay away from sativa strains- they can bring out paranoia and panic attacks. You should stick with the heavy indicas- "couch lock" strains.
And actually, pot does not cause brain damage. Quite the opposite! One of the cannabinoids, CBD, actually prevents alcohol induced brain damage!
Comparison of cannabidiol, antioxidants and diuretics in reversing binge ethanol-induced neurotoxicity -- Hamelink et al., 10.1124/jpet.105.085779 -- Journal of Pharmacology And Experimental Therapeutics
Cannabis has neuroprotectant properties, it prevents brain damage during strokes and a lot of other stuff. As a medicine, it has a lot of applications- check this site out! Or try googling cannabis andany major disease you care to choose. Cannabis is an amazing herb!
Clinical Studies and Case Reports
Don't worry. The effect will fade. And remember, cannabis is safer than aspirin! I've been using it for 40 years! I am the "ever-smiling teacher's aide" at a elementary/middle school. I have tutored college students through Intermediate Algebra and Statistics. If it caused brain damage, I'd be out of a job! lol - Granny:hippy:\"If the truth won\'t do, then something is wrong!\"
