How many hours sleep do you get everyday

i go to bed between 2 and 4 30 am pretty much every night. it's just always really hard for me to get to sleep. however much sleep i get depends on if i have class the next day, and what time class is. otherwise, i sleep until i feel like waking up. sometimes i'll get 3 or 4 hours, sometimes i get 9 or 10 hours. it just depends on what time of the week it is, whether or not it's summer, and whether or not i have anything to do the next day.

Last night I took some unmentionables and 25mg of seroquel(which is the most effective dose for sleep aid) and I was out cold from 12-10.....but the night before that I went to sleep at 5am and woke up around 9:30am.....but in average I am either sleeping 10+ hours, or 6-........

yeah, seroquel knocks me the hell out too. the only way i can take the whole 25 mg is if i don't have anything to do the next day. usually i just break a 25 mg pill in half.

7-10 hours. On weekends sometimes even 12. I like a lot of sleep. I am a good old-fashioned slumber cat!

I can't remember the last time I got 10 hours of sleep, usually bout 7 or 8...after that I just cant stay asleep...even if im still tired

you must not have kids...

no but i know people that do and they get more than that yeah they might have to be up early but just have earlier nights kids sleep for more than 5 hours a day, or dont you count it becuase you have to keep waking up..?

Only 4 to 5 right now, and that's on a good night. My current neck and back spinal troubles aren't allowing me to sleep very long at a time. Normally under comfortable circumstances and if I'm left to sleep as long as my body naturally needs to, I'll sleep for 7 hours.

10 hrs...I love to sleep. I'm not a very nice person if I don't have at least 8 hrs of sleep a night
