HELP! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Good idea on leaving. I think friendowl had a good point, that would have been a good step, and if things didn't improve then the 2weeks notice would have been next. But your mind's set.
Really, you're young only once. Take advantage of it and go to school. It doesn't take that long to complete and you'd rather not regret it down the line. As for the job, trust me, I've learned that if a job isn't treating you right, it's not worth it. I've tried to fix things on numerous occasions and come to the conclusion that you should give it one good effort, and if that doesn't work, it isn't ever going to. So in those situations, I put in my 2 weeks and bounce like a hot check. I do say my goodbyes respectfully to employees who deserve it. But I make it clear to those who need to know exactly why I'm leaving.
I think you're making a good choice. Good luck.AR15 Reviewed by AR15 on . HELP! WHAT SHOULD I DO? I need your opinions people. I'm 19 years old and I work for my fiances dad. There are basically only 4 people that work here, and im the sales manager. He keeps comming down on me because of sales and yet he wont put any money into the company. He just makes a ton of excuses why every problem is everyone elses fault but his. So do you think I should find another job and go back to school or keep working for him and just tough it out? Any help is greatly appreciated!!! Thanks, Will Rating: 5
