HELP! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
I need your opinions people. I'm 19 years old and I work for my fiances dad. There are basically only 4 people that work here, and im the sales manager. He keeps comming down on me because of sales and yet he wont put any money into the company. He just makes a ton of excuses why every problem is everyone elses fault but his. So do you think I should find another job and go back to school or keep working for him and just tough it out?
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks,

HELP! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Asking a question like this does none of us justice because no one any idea what this job is actually like. I, personally, cannot stand when management comes down on employees like you described. Especially if one of those employees happens to be me. If it's extremely troublesome, then fuck it, but if you need the job...tough it out I guess.

HELP! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
people respect it when you set them straight
take him aside where no one can hear
and talk to him man to man
make it a point to be heard
he most likely wont agree with you
and you two may end up squabbling a lil
but in the long run he will respect you and may even listen
JUST BE SURE AND KNOW WHAT IT IS YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT
GET SOME GOOD OLD CONCRETE FACTS THAT BACK UP WHAT YOU SAYLove is patient and kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. Love is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, and it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. Love always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres

HELP! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Hmm thats a tough one i mean, you dont want to lose his respect or anything, i think you should just be straight with him i mean if its too much for you to handle then just tell him, whats the pay like, im guessing its good and more than any other normal job you would end up getting but you should still tell him how you feel.. maybe lend him the money?
For all you know he could be going bankrupt, maybe you should talk to him about selling the business if he doesnt have enough money to run the business properly then its simple.. he should not have one.

HELP! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
either man up and tell him off/tell him how it is.. .or get a new job...
i don't think you should stick around there just cuz it's your future dad in law... matter of fact i actually advise against that... it's almost always bad to do buisness with family/friends...

HELP! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You and him should talk things over between a joint ....but really just tell him that maybe your thinking of going back to school or working elsewhere and dont really make it seem like its him making you want leave but the failing company.
